Cancellation Policy

SERVICE POLICY Headshots by Shash Shashwat Nagpal Photography | No Bullshit Co. ⸻ 1. Scope of Services This Service Policy governs all bookings and photography sessions for “Headshots by Shash”, a premium photography service offered by Shashwat Nagpal Photography and operated under the commercial entity No Bullshit Co. The service includes: • One-on-one professional photography session for headshots (Corporate, LinkedIn, Professional Branding). • Shot at our studio premises, based in Gurgaon. • Usage of high-end lighting, backdrops, and editing infrastructure. • Standard editing and digital delivery of final photographs. Make-up and stylist services are not included in the base package and are available at an additional charge upon request. ⸻ 2. Booking & Payment Terms • All sessions are billed hourly, with a minimum booking of 1 hour. • A 50% non-refundable advance is required to confirm a booking. • The remaining balance is payable on the day of the shoot, prior to delivery of any images. • Make-up artists and stylists (if opted in) are charged separately and must be confirmed at the time of booking. • Payment modes: Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit Card. GST invoice will be issued. ⸻ 3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot will forfeit the advance. • Rescheduling is allowed once, provided notice is given at least 48 hours prior. • No-shows or late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes will result in cancellation without refund. ⸻ 4. Image Usage Rights • The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final images for personal and professional branding purposes (LinkedIn, company websites, CVs, portfolios, etc.). • Commercial use (advertising, resale, editorial) requires separate written permission and may incur additional licensing fees. • Shashwat Nagpal Photography and No Bullshit Co. retain full copyright and moral rights over all images created, including the right to use them for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless explicitly restricted in writing by the Client before the shoot. ⸻ 5. Studio & Conduct Guidelines • The Client agrees to follow all studio safety protocols and conduct guidelines during their session. • No entourage, pets, or external photographers are allowed unless approved in advance. • The studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual violating safety, decency, or professional conduct norm
